WFXL-TV is seeking a General Assignment Reporter. Applicant must have a journalism degree, at least one year experience or a strong internship background. Ability to shoot with Panasonic AVCCAM, DVCPro/Mini-Pro, edit with Vegas 7.0 and knowledge of both linear and non-linear editing is a plus. THIS IS A ONE-MAN-BAND POSITION. Candidate should have strong writing and photography skills. This applicant MUST be a self-starter. We are looking for a reporter with the skills to enterprise stories daily. Job requires using social media to advance your stories and candidate will also be expected to post content on the station’s website. This applicant will be part of our nightly 10 p.m. newscast.
